Senior Technical Recruiter
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid, 3 to 4 days per week in office
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our team in Makati City. This role will focus on attracting and hiring IT and Technical professionals local to the Philippines to work at our office in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated full cycle recruiting process, provide internal recruiting and placements for technical management and IT positions, including candidate sourcing, Interviewing, +and offer negotiation.
- Manage 5 to 10 concurrent direct hire fulltime job openings
- Able to Recruit candidates locally.
- Able to technically qualify a candidate through interview process and articulate to the hiring manager the candidate’s experience and technical match to our open positions – this is a requirement. This requires a thorough understanding of IT, especially Software development, business analyst, project and software product management position types.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines through local channels, professional networks, and communities.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, providing thorough candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Drive positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and ensure data accuracy within Greenhouse ATS.
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in IT and corporate recruiting.
- Communicate daily and weekly to office recruiting and technical managers in India and Corporate office in Dallas Texas, USA.
- Please note this position requires experience recruiting IT professional locally in Manilla/Makati City area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end full desk corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on Information Technology; Full Stack, Business Analyst, Software Development, Project Management recruitment
- Able to build a countrywide network and continuous pipeline of IT Professionals
- Combined Targeted Recruitment and Corporate Recruiting experience required
- Proven ability to recruit local IT Technical resources for a wide range of roles, including software development, infrastructure, QA Testing, UI/UX design, and corporate support positions.
- Able to technically qualify IT candidates' skills, capabilities and technical skill levels during the initial interview
- Solid experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with Recruiting Teams in India and US offices
