Partnerships Project Manager I - Music (6042)

itD is seeking a Partnerships Project Manager I to support Company’s Global Partnerships team within the Music and Entertainment space. This role contributes directly to partner success across Company’s family of apps—Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp—by driving data-informed decision-making, partner performance analysis, and program execution. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project or partner management, a strong operational and analytical mindset, and a track record of supporting partner programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Location: US – Remote (No East/West Coast preference)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner account and page performance in collaboration with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support partner performance reporting, goal tracking, market trend analysis, and forecasting to surface risks and opportunities for in-market teams.
  • Manage partner inbound requests and assist with ongoing partner program management within the Music ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams to support program execution and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives against operational and technical constraints, and help resolve blocking issues across stakeholder groups.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, adapting to shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project/program management.
  • Strong data analysis skills with an operational and process-focused mindset.
  • Experience working directly with music, entertainment, or media partners.
  • Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting partner performance reporting, forecasting, and goal tracking.
  • Comfort delivering public presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience improving processes or systems to increase operational efficiency.
  • Background working with cross-functional teams in partnership-driven organizations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent relevant work experience is acceptable.
