The Team:
The Sales Enablement team at Jobber powers performance across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization by ensuring every customer-facing Jobberino has access to the right systems, knowledge, and programs—right when and where they need them. We reimagine how knowledge is created, managed, and delivered at scale, embedding learning and insights directly into workflows to enable confidence, effectiveness, and success. In close partnership with Revenue Operations, Sales, and our AI/Innovation teams, Sales Enablement serves as a strategic force multiplier.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director, Enablement & Innovation, the Knowledge Enablement Manager will design and own the systems that make knowledge content useful, searchable, and scalable. You’ll ensure mission-critical context is accessible, manage the information architecture for our sales knowledge ecosystem, drive adoption, and govern content standards that make knowledge easy to consume, maintain, and trust.
This is a foundational role at the heart of Jobber's performance strategy—and an incredible opportunity to shape how knowledge flows across the business.
The Knowledge Enablement Manager Will:
- Help drive the knowledge management strategy and drive implementation of engagement models, improved tools etc.
- Design and maintain scalable information architecture and taxonomy to power self-serve discovery
- Govern the sales wiki and related systems to ensure content is accurate, trustworthy, and role-aligned
- Codify tribal and tacit knowledge into searchable, structured, and reusable knowledge assets
- Drive the end-to-end content lifecycle (creation, validation, tagging, review, deprecation)
- Partner with AI and Innovation teams to ready content for copilots, search, and chat-based interfaces
- Champion search performance, adoption, and usability across GTM tools and workflows
How You'll Measure Success:
- % of content assets properly tagged, validated, and up to date
- Productivity gains, search success rate and time-to-answer
- Sales wiki adoption, session depth, and engagement
- % of high-impact workflows supported by structured, trusted content
- Readiness of content for AI copilots and semantic tools, improving efficiency and effectiveness of self-serve, AI-driven and human-lead motions.
- CSAT for content usability (measured via feedback or AI response accuracy)
What You'll Build:
- Engagement model and self-serve knowledge system grounded in scalable governance and information architecture
- Sales wiki navigation, tagging, and performance monitoring framework
- Structured asset templates and curation workflows for content contributors
- Knowledge tagging models and metadata systems aligned to AI/ML integration
- Role- and motion-specific content libraries embedded in the flow of work

What You Bring:
- Demonstrated years of experience in knowledge management, enablement operations, or content strategy
- Experience building and governing knowledge systems (Guru, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Fluency in information architecture, taxonomy design, and content lifecycle workflows
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical and go-to-market functions - Bonus: Experience integrating knowledge with AI platforms, copilots, or enterprise search tools
Compensation:
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $87,800, a midpoint of $103,300, and a maximum salary of $118,800, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
