We are seeking two highly motivated MBA students who are excited to contribute to a mission-driven, AI-enabled SaaS healthcare platform company experiencing rapid and sustained growth. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial “growth hackers” who can seamlessly operate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

These roles will partner closely with our Product, Commercial, and Operations teams on high-impact summer initiatives critical to the company’s continued scale and innovation. Projects may include leading cross-functional coordination for new product feature launches, supporting client implementations, driving operational process improvements, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

The strongest candidates will bring experience from both structured professional environments (e.g., consulting, banking, professional services, or corporate strategy organizations) and high-growth startup ecosystems, demonstrating adaptability, business acumen, operational rigor, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to solve complex problems.

Role Expectations:

  • Bring a detail oriented, systematic approach and an automate as much as possible mindset
  • Develop and manage project management templates for current workstreams.
  • Learn how to create economically attractive solutions that support positive outcomes for all the key stakeholders in healthcare (providers, payors, patients, etc)
  • Exposure to a unique, independent culture in how to drive both mission and profit.
  • Great for those who want to start and grow their own businesses some day

Key Responsibilities:

  • A collaborative mindset:  Someone who operates with a proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take initiative, learn quickly, and execute effectively
  • Project management:  Proven skills that were learned in a structured corporate environment and applied in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
  • Roll up sleeves mentality:  Someone who learns and to get the job done.
  • Demonstrate a highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and stakeholders
  • Support strategic initiatives, operational projects, and business priorities with attention to detail and accountability
  • Analyze data, synthesize insights, and contribute to business recommendations and process improvements
  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills, including the ability to create presentations, summaries, and executive-ready materials
  • Maintain curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly AI-enabled healthcare services and value-based care innovation
  • Interest in learning more about AI-enabled healthcare services.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that values adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in or pursuing a MBA Program
  • Must be currently pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited university (Full-time MBA or Part-time MBA program)
  • Experience from both structured professional environments (e.g., consulting, banking, professional services, or corporate strategy organizations) and high-growth startup ecosystems
  • Interest in healthcare, AI, or technology-driven business
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Work style & logistics:

We are a fast-growing, early-stage company with a bold mission and significant work ahead; every employee at Jaan Health must embody growth company DNA. This means you have proven success in a high-performing environment: high velocity, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, resilience, and a true growth mindset.

You are both a playbook builder and executor, able to design scalable approaches for today while anticipating what the business will need tomorrow, and then follow through to deliver results.

Our culture is built on five principles that shape how we work, lead, and grow:

  • Care: We put patients, clients, teammates, and outcomes first.
  • Curiosity: We ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and keep learning.
  • Clarity: We simplify complexity, communicate directly, and create alignment.
  • Co-Creation: We collaborate across teams, perspectives, and disciplines.
  • Craftsmanship: We execute with excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Our Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and impact
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents at a low cost
  • Generous Paid Time Off: up to 35 paid days off each year so you can recharge, recover, and give back, including:
    • 12 vacation days accrued annually for rest, travel, and personal time
    • Up to 9 sick/wellness days to prioritize your health and well-being
    • 12 paid company holidays throughout the year
    • 2 paid give-back days
  • HSA and FSA account options
  • 401(k) with company match after 6 months of full-time employment
    • 100% match on the first 3% contributed, and 50% match on the next 2% contributed
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team helping transform healthcare at scale

If you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement, then this is the place for you. You’ll join a smart, humble, and collaborative team dedicated to improving healthcare.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
