Unreal Developer
Requirements:
We’re looking for a talented and driven Unreal Engine Artist to join our team, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of real-time experiences. The ideal candidate will bring both creative and technical expertise, along with a deep enthusiasm for digital twins and immersive environments.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Unreal Engine, with solid experience in its 3D modeling, texturing, and animation toolsets.Ideally with an understanding of Virtual Textures, Runtime Virtual Textures, Procedural content generation (PCG and Geometry Script) and a good understanding of Instanciation
- A strong understanding of asset optimization and efficient workflows is essential.
- Familiarity with connecting Unreal Engine to real-world datasets is highly valued, these include custom solutions as well as native unreal solutions like data prep.
- Experience with Sequencer and real-time cinematics
- Comfortable working within a source-controlled environment (perforce), with experience on large-scale, team-based projects.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with rigging, UE5 skeleton targeting, weight painting, and animation workflows is a definite plus.
- Houdini knowledge is highly desirable
- A working understanding of data flow between BIM platforms, native linear production tools, and Unreal Engine is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Blueprints is preferred; familiarity with C++ is a bonus.

- Excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll need to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members, and clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
Other Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a full-time Unreal Engine role.
- Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary Pay Range
£40,000 - £50,000 GBP
