We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to fill a hybrid role as a Project Coordinator - State level.
The State-Level Coordinator will oversee district-level operations within a specific state or language. This role ensures smooth data collection, sets achievable targets, and provides solutions to inter-district challenges while reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with district-level coordinators to set and achieve realistic targets.
- Oversee data collection work for 5000-10000 workers by collaborating with other stakeholders.
- Track and analyze state-wide data collection progress.
- Report state performance metrics and insights to the Project Manager.
- Address inter-district challenges and develop actionable solutions.
- Identify and train potential district-level coordinators.
- Ensure the district-level validators and transcribers have adequate resources and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multi-district or multi-language projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on the ground when required.
