The Role

As the Senior Director of Corporate & Group Sales at Kasa, you will spearhead our expansion in corporate travel and group booking segments, building robust revenue streams that accelerate our growth. You'll architect the systems, select the tools, and develop the strategies that establish Kasa as the preferred accommodation provider for businesses and groups across our portfolio.

You'll lead a high-performing sales organization while building the technical infrastructure and processes needed to efficiently capture and service corporate and group business at scale. Your work will directly support Kasa's vision of reimagining hospitality by making our spaces more accessible to business travelers, corporate accounts, and groups of all sizes.

About the Team

You'll join our Commercial team, working closely with Revenue Management, Distributions and Operations to drive portfolio growth. Your team will help transform how businesses and groups experience travel through innovative solutions, systematic approaches, and exceptional service delivery.

Strategic Impact

Day in the Life

As a Senior Director, you'll focus on systems, strategies, and segment growth:

  • Evaluate and select tools for corporate and group management
  • Design and implement booking processes and customer journeys
  • Develop segment-specific offerings and programs
  • Lead team meetings focused on systems adoption and pipeline growth
  • Engage with key corporate clients and travel managers
  • Analyze performance data to optimize systems and approaches

Key Responsibilities

Systems Selection & Development

  • Research, evaluate, and implement corporate booking platforms and CRM systems, or partner with our internal teams to build them
  • Create efficient processes for group quote generation and contracting
  • Develop reporting frameworks to track segment performance
  • Build scalable technical infrastructure for corporate account management

Corporate & Group Growth Strategy

  • Expand penetration within corporate travel and group segments
  • Develop segment-specific approaches for different customer types
  • Create innovative programs that attract diverse corporate clients
  • Build partnerships with TMCs, corporate travel managers, and event planners

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization
  • Set ambitious growth targets for corporate and group segments
  • Develop training programs on systems usage and segment selling
  • Foster a culture of systematic approaches and results

Revenue Growth

  • Partner with Revenue Management on segment-specific pricing strategies
  • Analyze corporate and group booking patterns to optimize inventory allocation
  • Identify high-value corporate segments and account opportunities
  • Drive profitability through systematic account targeting and management

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in hospitality sales, with significant corporate and group experience
  • Proven track record of implementing successful sales systems and tools
  • Deep understanding of corporate travel booking platforms and group management systems
  • Experience developing and executing segment-specific growth strategies
  • Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking
  • History of successful corporate partnership development
  • Expert relationship building and negotiation skills

Plus If You Have

  • Experience in both traditional hotels and alternative accommodations
  • Experiencing managing and delivering leasing (i.e. 30+ day stay) revenue
  • Background in tech-enabled hospitality companies
  • Experience selecting and implementing CRM and booking systems
  • Understanding of revenue management principles

Success In Your First Year

  • Select and implement effective corporate and group booking systems
  • Launch comprehensive strategies for key corporate and group segments
  • Achieve measurable improvements in:
    • Corporate account acquisition and penetration
    • Group booking volume and conversion rates
    • System adoption and efficiency metrics
    • Revenue per corporate account and group booking
  • Establish systematic processes for account management and group servicing
  • Create technical infrastructure that supports scalable growth
