Concrete Finisher (Traveling – National Paving Team)

Keeley Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher to join our National Paving Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are open to travel and take pride in delivering high-quality concrete work across a variety of project sites.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform restoration repairs on on-grade flatwork and structural concrete, including columns, beams, joists, soffits, walls, and curbs
  • Execute hand patching and detailed concrete repair work
  • Strike off concrete using straight-edge techniques, then float and finish surfaces
  • Finish poured concrete slabs using hand tools and power trowels
  • Set and place forms to correct elevations for floors and site work
  • Cut joints and grooves using hand tools and assist with layout using string lines
  • Work collaboratively with crews to maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of concrete finishing experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel for projects nationwide
  • Must be a member of, or willing to join, the appropriate affiliated union
  • Strong knowledge of concrete practices within the construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Solid communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to learn and grow
