Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Villa Specialist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vacation rentals and luxury travel, a deep understanding of the high-net-worth clientele, and exceptional sales skills.

From the initial conversation, you will provide expert advice and work closely with customers and service providers to create the ultimate travel itinerary for each of your clients. This is not selling pre-packaged tours, but rather a truly consultative approach, combining luxury villas with unique experiences, to create your client’s perfect trip. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Sales & Bookings: Manage the full sales cycle, from actioning leads and closing bookings to handling guest operations throughout travel.
  • Guest Experience Coordination: Work closely with property managers, concierge teams and destination management companies to ensure guests receive world-class service.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about luxury rental trends, destination insights, and property availability.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in luxury villa rentals, high-end real estate, or luxury hospitality sales. Preference to experience selling European and/ or Caribbean destinations.
  • A strong network of UHNW clients, travel advisors, and corporate partners is beneficial.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and guest expectations.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
