From private villas, yacht charters and custom private guided land journeys to exclusive cultural immersions and expeditionary travel, we operate across all continents to deliver bespoke service with depth, intimacy, and flair.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Director of Product & Procurement to lead the design, curation, and sourcing of Ultraluxe land-based travel experiences. This individual will drive the creation of our high-touch product portfolio and oversee strategic partnerships with elite on-ground providers globally. The ideal candidate is a seasoned luxury travel executive with deep familiarity in the UHNWI segment and has a proven record of delivering exceptional products while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Curation
- Design and build unique land-based ultraluxe itineraries in key destinations (e.g., Italy, Japan, Nordics, UK, Peru, USA, etc.)
- Develop a robust inventory of flagship products across themes like art, history, wellness, gastronomy, conservation, and cultural immersion
- Oversee new product launches and work cross-functionally with Marketing to create storytelling, positioning, and launch plans
- Stay ahead of emerging luxury trends and ensure our product consistently leads the market
Supplier Management & Procurement
- Source and negotiate exclusive contracts with top-tier DMCs, guides, cultural experts, and hospitality partners
- Implement procurement strategies that balance exclusivity, profitability, and flexibility
- Maintain deep relationships with luxury suppliers including boutique properties, heritage homes, conservation lodges, and private estates
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales to align product with Sales Specialist feedback and demand trends
- Co-create internal training materials for new products to ensure sales teams can speak to USPs
- Provide input into pricing strategy and inventory forecasting
- Support content development for marketing, PR, and partner activations
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in luxury travel product development, procurement, or contracting, preferably in the UHNWI space
- Deep knowledge of global destinations, private land experiences, and experiential luxury travel
- Proven experience working with elite clientele and building products tailored to discerning, high-touch clients
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator – able to translate product into marketing and sales impact
- Familiar with marketing principles for high-value products and working with creative and digital teams
- Knowledge of CRM systems, product platforms, and contract management tools
- Experience launching products into new markets and at luxury travel trade events (e.g., PURE, DUCO, ILTM)
