About the role:

K Health is looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven People & Culture Office Administrator to create an engaging, welcoming, and exciting office environment.

You will actively promote and facilitate in-person collaboration by creating opportunities for meaningful interactions among employees. Whether through thoughtfully designed workspaces, engaging team events, or structured brainstorming sessions, you encourage face-to-face connections that foster creativity, teamwork, and a strong sense of community. Your efforts help build a dynamic office environment where employees feel motivated to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, planning creative experiences, and making the office a place people genuinely love coming to.

This role requires onsite presence from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday, in our NYC office. Additional hours will be required during after hour events, up to twice a month.

What you will do:

  • Be the go-to person for keeping morale high and strengthening employee connections through fun and meaningful interactions.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment by recognizing employees’ contributions, celebrating milestones of the company, and encouraging collaboration.
  • Organize team-building activities, themed office days, or casual gatherings to strengthen relationships and make the workplace thrive.
  • Implement small but meaningful perks, such as coffee breaks, wellness initiatives, or recognition programs, to enhance morale and build a positive office experience.
  • Be the main point of contact for the building management team; liaison with the office super and other office vendors to ensure the office is running smoothly.
  • Coordinate pantry and office supply deliveries and proactively restock.
  • Work closely with the People Team to aid in onboarding activities including security key card registrations, lunch account registrations, seating arrangements, IT set up, office tour, and more!
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to manage on-site Executive Leadership tasks, external meetings, and candidate interviews.
  • Welcome traveling employees as well as external guests with a true white-glove experience–from in-office guidance to city recommendations, travel and dining arrangements.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and employee engagement.
  • Experience in operating, organizing and collaborating across a variety of software systems and tools (i.e., Google Workspace, Slack, Email, Notion, etc.).
  • A natural organizer with experience in event planning, hospitality, or employee engagement.
  • A proactive, self-starter who sees opportunities to enhance office culture and runs with them.
  • A passion for making the workplace experience feel special and tailored to our employees.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy getting to know people.
  • Someone who radiates warmth and enthusiasm—people love being around you!

Benefits & Perks:  #LI-Hybrid

  • 18 vacation days, 9 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days
  • Stock options for every full-time employee
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401k benefit
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options
