This position is responsible for overseeing and developing a high-performing sales team while managing both direct and online sales channels. The role involves leading and managing a team of quota-carrying sellers, as well as overseeing the performance of the online store. A key aspect of this position is providing comprehensive training to new sellers on sales techniques, product demonstrations, and accurate forecasting. The individual in this role will actively participate in customer calls alongside sellers to support and guide the sales process. Additionally, they will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with potential customers and strategic partners. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales leadership, coaching abilities, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new logo revenue of EMEA for SMB corporate accounts under 500 employees as well as the online store.
  • Driving sales KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor the Sales team
  • Key deal support/ sponsorship/management with aligned AE. Joining client calls.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the UK team (500 employees and under)
  • Recruitment of new talent and training up BDRs to become quota-carrying
  • Forecasting reporting to CRO.
  • Assess sales performance data and trends.
  • Analyzing Industry trends and landscapes.
  • 121's/Forecasting/Career planning with direct reports.
  • Building relationships with other team leaders/execs from other departments.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Qualifications:

  • Successful track record in selling SAAS products (min 5 years)
  • Proven track record in leading high performing Sales teams (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong technical knowledge of email environments and infrastructure.
  • Been a hiring manager and have a track record in training BDRs to become successful quota carriers.
  • In-depth Email Security technical knowledge.
  • Sales Forecasting and Management.
  • Problem solving.

  • Strong leadership skills.
