Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new logo revenue of EMEA for SMB corporate accounts under 500 employees as well as the online store.
- Driving sales KPIs.
- Lead and mentor the Sales team
- Key deal support/ sponsorship/management with aligned AE. Joining client calls.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the UK team (500 employees and under)
- Recruitment of new talent and training up BDRs to become quota-carrying
- Forecasting reporting to CRO.
- Assess sales performance data and trends.
- Analyzing Industry trends and landscapes.
- 121's/Forecasting/Career planning with direct reports.
- Building relationships with other team leaders/execs from other departments.
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
Qualifications:
- Successful track record in selling SAAS products (min 5 years)
- Proven track record in leading high performing Sales teams (minimum 2 years)
- Strong technical knowledge of email environments and infrastructure.
- Been a hiring manager and have a track record in training BDRs to become successful quota carriers.
- In-depth Email Security technical knowledge.
- Sales Forecasting and Management.
- Problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Sales/Deal Management skills.
- Delegation.
- Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations.
