The Sales Advisory Manager (International) will play a significant role in helping support Account Executives in 3 key areas: pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and deal closing support. Additionally, Sales Advisory Managers will use their vast selling knowledge to provide on the job feedback to reps they support to improve their overall execution and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily pipeline reviews in collaboration with the Sales Directors to ensure proper deal staging and follow up, as well as provide closing support. 
  • Provide on the job guidance and feedback with the goal of educating sales reps and ensuring an overall healthy regional pipeline.
  • Identify common trends and areas of growth among reps and the teams that might warrant additional training or the escalation of broken processes that slow production down.
  • Collaborate with the Global Revenue Development Department to produce necessary live and pre-recorded video workshops, and/or training sessions. 
  • Understand discounting policy and work within those guidelines to drive in new business with a Regional Account Manager. 
  • Flag deals that have lapsed, are stuck or have gone dark in coordination with Sales Directors.
  • Review lead activity, referral and C/L reports to find additional opportunities to generate income.
  • Provide deal structure support to maximize deals that result in increased attach rates, ASP per seat and reduced time to close. 
  • Sit on demos and closing calls to provide feedback and coaching opportunities. 
  • Attend weekly regional tactical calls to collaborate with Directors and other business stakeholders on team effectiveness.
  • Provide an end of month summary on actions Sales Advisory Manager  took to drive quota/target makers and the results of those actions to the EVP and Directors of the areas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience selling to SMB, MM and ENT-sized businesses
  • Experience and success acting as a sales representative in the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce, desirable 
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Infectious positive, can-do attitude
  • Possess strong negotiation experience and strategies
  • Ability to provide productive feedback and coaching to sales teams
