The Project Manager (Courseware) will coordinate and facilitate individual projects as well as administrative tasks. Some duties include; laying out and tracking the various projects (milestones and timelines) in Smartsheet, coordinating with vendors and freelancers as needed and administrative functions needed to ensure the team is well organized and running smoothly, while producing high-quality training courses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation through to delivery
- Project management includes: internal and external customer communication, internal and external resource management; requirements gathering; schedule development; identifying and mitigating any project risks; delivering projects on time, on budget; managing the library of content assets and files
- Prioritize in a time-crunch, fast-paced environment
- Consult with other functional teams on Courseware processes, requirements and guidelines
- Collaborate across functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, internal processes and review of project deliverables
- Maintain project data accurate and timely
- Develop and maintain productive working relationship with other functional teams throughout KnowBe4
- Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement
- Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users
Requirements:
- Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management (preferably in eLearning)
- Experience with G Suite products and MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal/written communication skills; active listener
- Exceptional and demonstrated time management skills
- Capable of meeting or exceeding assigned deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Responsible, self-motivated, professional, energetic
- Excellent work ethic and ability to perform independently and within a team-based environment
