As we move towards a product and platform-driven organization from a services-based model to a productized platform, we are expanding our Client Services team in Mexico. We are seeking an Analyst, Client Services to contribute to our mission by providing and maintaining high-quality project execution to support our overall client growth. 

In this role, you will be integral in designing and executing insightful research that informs key business decisions in healthcare and treatment options. Your work will directly empower our clients to drive better outcomes and make data-backed decisions. You'll have the opportunity to not only deliver critical research but also offer strategic recommendations that guide and influence the direction of healthcare strategies.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Directly contribute to our company’s growth targets and ability to evolve in the future
  • Use Konovo's proprietary technology to program and field research to desired client audiences
  • Manage the daily data collection from market research surveys, leading the data quality review and cleaning of research data for up to 10-20+ surveys in a given month, or about 5-8 active projects in a week 
  • Collaborate with our Global Sample fulfillment team to complete research fieldwork in US and International markets, and managing sample quota goals  
  • Ensure compliant market research best practices by participating in required adverse event (AE) training, monitoring and timely reporting of AE's to pharmacovigilance while following strict internal and manufacturer-specific guidelines 
  • Ensure appropriate logging and management of internal project management portal for current research projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technophiles who are innovative and adaptive to technology, with an eye for identifying and recommending tech-based solutions to streamline work processes
  • Exceptionally effective oral and written communication skills- You will regularly collaborate with a global team and clients to clearly articulate complex ideas, write descriptive findings in reports and actionable emails to clients 
  • Curiosity for answering business objectives and questions from clients, and detailed orientation across all elements in research, logistics and managing projects 
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights, as well as designing and writing surveys 
  • Direct experience or involvement with survey programming tools (Confirmit, Decipher/Forsta, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple tasks while escalating 
  • Impeccable attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Business Fluency in English 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or life sciences or commensurate experience
  • Bonus points for experience or familiarity with the market research and with healthcare industry
