Summary/Overview:
KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC), is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Specialist who will support the KBRA Global Rating and Technology effort. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, collaborative and has a strong work ethic. This position will be based out of our New York office.
About the Job:
- Analyze and improve existing workflows, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage projects across Ratings and Technology teams to ensure deliverables are timely and meet high quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare materials for presentations to internal and external stakeholders; schedule and orchestrate meetings as needed.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management related fields or any subject that results in strong project management skills.
- 5+ years of operational or project managerial work experience with familiarity using JIRA a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a highly collaborative team and across disciplines in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Financial services or related industries strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
Salary Range
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $170,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
