About the role

We’re looking for a Sr. AI Artist with deep hands-on expertise in ComfyUI or any other node-based generative AI workflow engine with a strong sense of design, animation, and motion graphics aesthetics. You should understand the fundamentals of 3D/mograph pipelines (modeling, texturing, lighting, compositing) and know how to translate that into consistent, high-quality AI-driven outputs.

A day in the life of a Sr. AI Artist

• Build advanced ComfyUI workflows for dataset creation, LoRA training, and consistent frame generation.
• Set up basic 3D compositions in Blender/C4D to keep AI-generated shots aligned and consistent.
• Develop live-action pipelines that use AI to scale content production without losing quality
• Prototype high-quality design, animation, and live-action content using AI tools.
• Lead AI-driven visual experiments for campaigns and branded content.
• Evaluate and combine tools like Nano Banana, Seedream, Veo, Seedance, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, SunoAi or any other upcoming platforms.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and production teams to integrate AI into real pipelines.
• Push output quality to match top-tier motion design and animation standards.
• Document workflows and support internal knowledge sharing.
• Work with the Creative Tech Lead to pitch AI-driven ideas to clients.

What does success look like

• Build a scalable AI pipeline capable of producing multi-minute animated/Live action content, with most of the process automated.
• Deliver multiple AI-driven prototypes and visual experiments through the year.
• Contribute to branded projects using smart AI integrations.
• Build internal AI toolkits, documentation, and reusable workflows.
• Help expand a network of AI-savvy freelancers and collaborators.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3–5 years in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling.
• Deep experience with creative AI tools (ComfyUI essential).
• Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Python is a plus, especially for scripting, automation, and extending ComfyUI nodes.
• Understanding of 3D/mograph workflows and how to maintain visual consistency.
• Ability to research, troubleshoot, and optimize creative pipelines.
• High standards for craft & detail.
