About the Role: Associate Veterinarian

This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, teamwork, and practicing medicine with intention.

  • Preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics, and client education

  • Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 DOE

Who We’re Looking For

  • DVM licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience (this role is not open to new graduates)
  • A veterinarian who values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement
  • Someone comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment
  • Interest in mentoring, learning, and being part of a stable, long‑term team
