Position Overview

As Lasko’s eCommerce leader, you will serve as both strategist and operator—responsible for the strategic growth, P&L performance, and digital evolution of our online business. You will shape how we engage consumers, optimize retailer partnerships, and execute with excellence across 1P, 3P, and DTC channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Our Online Transformation
  • Drive double-digit growth across Amazon (1P and 3P), emerging marketplaces (e.g., Wayfair), and retail.com channels (Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, Target.com).
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class team of experts spanning eCommerce sales, marketing, analytics, and operations.
  • Create a unified, best-in-class consumer experience across all online touchpoints.
  • Set Strategic Direction
  • Develop and execute a bold 3–5-year vision for Lasko’s digital commerce ecosystem, identifying growth levers and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain constant awareness of industry shifts, new technologies, and evolving consumer expectations.
  • Own the eCommerce P&L—balancing top-line growth with disciplined profitability.
  • Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on inventory planning, pricing, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure cost-efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to inform innovation pipelines and launch readiness.
  • Align with Finance on budgeting, ROI tracking, and KPI dashboards to ensure performance transparency.
  • Work closely with Marketing to integrate digital advertising, content, and brand storytelling into the consumer journey.
  • Data, Technology & Analytics
  • Build a scalable digital architecture encompassing content management, analytics, and retail media optimization.
  • Leverage data to inform category management, pricing, and promotional decisions across marketplaces.
  • Create consistent, real-time reporting to monitor conversion, ROAS, star ratings, and other key KPIs.
  • Customer & Partner Excellence
  • Deepen strategic relationships with Amazon, Walmart, and key ecommerce retailers.
  • Drive omnichannel integration with brick-and-mortar partners to ensure unified brand representation and consumer experience.
  • Develop and execute digital merchandising, SEO, and paid-media strategies that accelerate conversion, loyalty, and share.
  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Innovation
  • Lead the evolution of Lasko.com and future DTC initiatives, integrating insights from Amazon and marketplace analytics to refine assortment, pricing, and experience.
  • Drive programs in email, paid search, affiliate, and retargeting to enhance lifetime value and loyalty.

Who You Are

  • A proven eCommerce trailblazer with a record of scaling digital businesses and leading through transformation.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and creative—with the agility to move from vision to action.
  • A hands-on leader who develops talent, builds collaboration, and delivers results through empowerment and accountability.
  • Experienced in both 1P and 3P Amazon models, with deep knowledge of omni-channel retail and DTC best practices.
  • Passionate about innovation, storytelling, and creating digital ecosystems that delight customers and drive growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years in a senior eCommerce leadership role within a consumer products company.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and proven ability to deliver profitable growth.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
