LastPass is looking for a Senior Manager, IT:

LastPass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead the team responsible for managing the corporate infrastructure and the securing of all company endpoints. This role involves overseeing application, identity, and endpoint lifecycle management, and supporting the implementation of company-wide IT policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and endpoint management, and a commitment to enhancing the end-user experience.

Who will you work with?

While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST or CST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise and form peer relationships in the Security, HR and IT organizations to understand, prioritize, and align their business objectives with ours to deliver solutions that lead to greater workplace productivity. 

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

Application & Identity Management 

  • Develop and execute a strategy to manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance, support, and decommissioning. 
  • Support environment with multiple authentication protocols, including push notification applications, hardware security keys and platform authenticators. 
  • Enhance the identity lifecycle experience from provisioning to deprovisioning. 

Endpoint Management 

  • Develop and execute an endpoint management strategy to ensure the efficiency, security, and compliance of all endpoints within the organization. 
  • Establish and maintain endpoint standards, policies, and procedures that align with the company's IT and security objectives. 
  • Lead initiatives to integrate, automate, and streamline endpoint processes. 

Security and Compliance 

  • Implement Conditional Access policies to enforce security requirements such as multi-factor authentication and device compliance. 
  • Work closely with the team to implement security policies and standards for endpoints, including encryption, antivirus and patch management. 
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address risks related to endpoint devices. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regular requirements. 

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience in Endpoint Management and/or IT Cloud Infrastructure (Entra ID). 
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role within IT. 
  • Expertise with endpoint management tools in a hybrid environment (Intune / Jamf). 
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices, including patch management and encryption. 
  • Demonstrated experience with orchestration tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to automate and improve business processes. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

It's great, but not required:   

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. 
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform. 
  • ITIL Foundation certification a plus. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,500 in the lowest geographic market and up to $165,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
