You'll drive Net Revenue Retention through renewals, services expansion, and repeat campaign business, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from Later's creator-led programs and managed-services engagements.

This is a revenue-owning role for someone who combines strong commercial execution with disciplined account management. You'll independently own your accounts, developing and executing growth strategies, maintaining healthy renewal pipelines, and proactively identifying expansion opportunities, engaging leadership when account risks, commercial opportunities, or customer needs call for additional support. Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions, you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless, high-impact customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

Own Revenue & Account Performance

  • Own and execute growth plans across assigned accounts, driving repeat campaign business, services expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial management of accounts, including renewal timelines, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within assigned accounts, engaging leadership on complex or high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and proactively surface risks or opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Coordinate closely with Services, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure campaigns and engagements launch successfully and drive customer impact.

Lead Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Build strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders across marketing, social, and digital teams.
  • Lead strategic conversations and business reviews across assigned accounts, bringing in senior leadership when the opportunity, risk, or stakeholder level warrants additional involvement.
  • Maintain account maps that track stakeholders, decision makers, and organizational changes.
  • Develop and maintain Mutual Success Plans tied to measurable customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer needs, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

Drive Value & Partnership Impact

  • Ensure clients achieve measurable business impact from creator-led campaigns and managed-services engagements.
  • Deliver strong value articulation through business reviews, performance reporting, and ongoing strategic conversations.
  • Identify churn risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Partner closely with Services to scope and execute engagements that deepen customer impact.

Operate with Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain high operational rigor across CRM hygiene, forecasting, and internal communication.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale account workflows.
  • Stay current on trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Continuously refine account planning and stakeholder management approaches based on performance data.

What success looks like:

  • Consistently delivering creator-led programs on time and at a high standard, with strong cross-functional coordination and minimal client escalation.
  • Building durable, multi-threaded relationships that reduce churn risk.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting with no surprises.
  • Customers clearly articulating the business value and impact of partnering with Later.
  • Operating as a trusted internal and external partner in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

What you bring:

We are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. If you identify with any of the following, we encourage you to apply!

  • 7-9+ years of agency account management, client services, or campaign leadership experience, including responsibility for client retention, revenue growth, and multiple concurrent client relationships.
  • Influencer marketing experience required, with a strong understanding of creator strategy, campaign development and execution, measurement, and the operational complexities of delivering creator-led programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships, balance competing priorities and deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and operational discipline with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Ability to build relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain consistent engagement across accounts.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with marketing and digital teams.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Finance.
  • Interest in developing deeper strategic account management expertise and progressing toward senior account leadership roles.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or operational tooling to scale customer workflows.

Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
