About the Role

As the AVP Product Marketing at League, you will be the number one product story-teller and champion. You are an expert who knows the healthcare market, has a strong ability to tell stories in a compelling way, and you are great at supporting sales and customer success teams by teaching them how best to communicate League’s value proposition. 

You will lead the development and execution of our product marketing strategy. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for continuously refining the market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our platform solution. You will lead a team of product marketers and work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketing managers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with League’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare PaaS market.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market (with a focus on US Payors) and an understanding of League’s product capabilities to define and articulate compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and showcases the value proposition of our platform.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and build brand awareness, and develop sales decks & other sales collateral
  • Collaborate with Sales Excellence to build out the strategy for delivering content and training across the organization in order to ensure we’re telling a consistent, clear story across channels
  • Monitor product adoption and usage, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain a strong thought leadership presence in the healthcare PaaS space by maintaining strong relationships with publications, speaking at events, and participating in webinars.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with leading industry analysts to provide insights into our products and solutions, participate in research studies, and contribute to thought leadership content.

Desired Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, within the healthcare technology sector, with a deep understanding of healthcare IT trends and challenges, particularly in the US Payor market.
  • Extensive knowledge of platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings and their applications in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify market opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating compelling and informative marketing content across various formats.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics and analyze campaign performance.

US APPLICANTS ONLY: The US-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all US locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$171,000 - $256,400 USD
