Position Summary

League is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of User Engagement to lead and shape our user engagement strategy with a focus on innovation, rapid execution, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration. This strategic leadership role is pivotal to driving the company’s mission of transforming health experiences for our users and partners.

As VP of User Engagement, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of user engagement analysts and health informatics professionals to deliver impactful, data-driven insights and solutions. You will oversee the development and execution of user engagement strategies that maximize both user satisfaction and health outcomes, using creative and innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.

Your role will be central to defining how League engages users across a range of touch points, ensuring we are meeting user needs and driving ongoing health engagement.  A key part of this will be collaborating closely with leaders from product, design, and health solutions teams, leveraging your expertise to influence and align these departments towards a unified vision for user engagement. You’ll be a catalyst for positive change, unafraid to challenge the status quo and push for innovative solutions.

At League, we value quick execution and a willingness to "fail forward" in the pursuit of rapid iteration and improvement.  You will thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and will need to be both creative and strategic—thinking big but executing with agility.  Your ability to manage and influence key stakeholders across teams and clients will be crucial to driving success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare space. If you are passionate about transforming user engagement in health and have the ability to drive innovative, scalable solutions, we would love to hear from you.

In this role you will:

  • Influence & Stakeholder Management: Act as a thought leader and change agent within League, influencing key stakeholders across the organization and in client-facing environments to ensure the user engagement vision is prioritized and executed effectively.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving: Lead efforts to introduce innovative user engagement methodologies, including leveraging new technologies and analytics. Push the boundaries of traditional approaches, and encourage the team to experiment and iterate quickly.
  • Client Engagement: Lead and participate in client-facing conversations, effectively presenting user engagement strategies and outcomes while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations in partnership with League’s Customer Strategy team.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for user engagement and health outcomes. Regularly track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve strategies.

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience in user engagement, with a track record of engagement success as well as building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional creativity and a willingness to experiment with innovative strategies to drive user engagement and health outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and with external clients.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where quick decision-making and execution are critical.
  • Comfortable leading both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations while maintaining a learner mentality and willingness to adapt based on insights and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • A plus, but not required, an understanding of health systems and health informatics.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
