
Cloud Platform Engineer (Co-op) - Summer Term

Dive into the world of cloud computing and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You'll learn about cloud platforms (like GCP or AWS), automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code. Participate in deploying and managing applications, improving security posture, monitoring system performance, and working with containerization technologies. This co-op offers a unique opportunity to gain practical skills in a dynamic and in-demand area.
Some things the cloud platform team works on:
- Managing, monitoring and improving infrastructure and related tools
- Supporting the release processes
- Enhancing availability and scalability of the platform
- Mitigating cybersecurity risks
- Automating manual processes
Some of the technologies we use on the Cloud Engineering team include:
- Shell/Python/Go, Unix/Linux, Terraform, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, Wiz
Your career experience so far may include:
- Exposure to cloud platform engineering projects
- Hands on coding
- Previous engineering co-op experience
Security-related Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
