The Opportunity:
LG Electronics is seeking a Korean/English bilingual Customer Service Analyst to join our Refrigerator Customer Care team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Korean and English, thrives in a data-driven environment, and is passionate about enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the team, you’ll analyze customer-focused data, monitor performance trends, resolve escalated service issues, and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams—many of whom are Korean-speaking. The ability to communicate clearly in both languages is essential for success in this role.
You'll also contribute to process improvement initiatives, support pilot programs, and help drive meaningful change in how we deliver customer support and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor, review, and analyze customer-related data to generate actionable insights and identify areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
- Collect and interpret product quality data from customer service calls, repairs, and returns to detect recurring issues and early product symptoms
- Analyze historical call center trends and proactively identify potential risk factors to anticipate future challenges
- Evaluate customer complaints and recommend service policy enhancements or operational solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide prompt and effective technical and operational support to both internal teams and external service partners
- Assess existing processes and lead the development and implementation of new or optimized workflows to achieve operational excellence
- Establish performance targets aligned with team KPIs and manage progress toward goal attainment
- Conduct regular meetings with leadership to communicate objectives, report progress, and ensure strategic alignment across teams
- Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining, quality control enhancement, cost reduction, and improved product performance and customer experience
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business analysis or related field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database management tools (SQL; Python and SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in dashboard creation tools such as Omnivox, Sprinklr, Google Looker, Tableau etc.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to approach data from unique perspectives
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

$64,000 - $77,000 USD
