About The Team
Life360 Devices division is actively recruiting for Pricing, Promotion, and Sales Analytics Manager to help manage our promotions and pricing activities. The Pricing, Promotions, and Sales Analytics Manager will be a part of the Devices business unit. At our core, we are a passionate team of individuals who share a love for hardware and retail. About the Job
As a key member within the Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our promotional success. You will be deep diving into our existing promotions and designing new promotions to optimize effectiveness.. You will be responsible for optimizing new and existing promotions. You will partner closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and sales operations teams to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies. You will play a vital role in analyzing key metrics, reviewing retailer performance, and providing valuable insights and recommendations that help achieve retailer goals.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $111,500 - 164,500 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is 131,000 - 154,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to align promotional plans with business objectives.
- Develop and evaluate promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage promotional budget. Benchmark promotional strategies to assess promotional effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations for future improvements, and present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders at varying levels.
- Manage world-wide pricing. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and retailer / distributor margins to establish optimal pricing structures.
- Conduct margin analysis to ensure profitability across different product categories and sales channels.
- Analyze sales data to identify revenue performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- 6+ years experience in consumer electronics or retail focused on promotional strategy, sales analytics, or pricing or related experience
- Ability to step up during ambiguous times and ready to take on new challenges while driving continuous improvement across Sales Analytics, Pricing, and Promotions
- Excellent analytical skills, being able to craft a story from the data
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering across different functions and various levels in a company
- Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Netsuite, SQL, Databricks and data visualization tools (eg Tableau, PowerBI), is a plus.
- Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
- Team player and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, effectively influence senior business partners, and provide thoughtful push back when necessary
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking paired with intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills
