The Events & Partnerships Lead is responsible for designing, planning, and executing Lifted’s most important marketing experiences, from industry sponsorships and executive dinners to large-scale summits and partnership activations. This person is the operational driver behind Lifted’s event and partnership engine. You will oversee logistics, production, and execution from start to finish, ensuring every event runs seamlessly and reflects Lifted’s standard of excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced, and confident under pressure. You will manage multiple events across the United States and globally, coordinate vendors and venues, and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
This is a high-intensity, high-responsibility role. You will manage multiple events, timelines, vendors, and expectations simultaneously. There will be travel days, rapid turnarounds, and moments that demand calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy and Planning
- Build and manage Lifted’s annual events calendar aligned with GTM priorities, ABM cycles, and ecosystem opportunities.
- Plan and execute Lifted’s participation in at least four major industry events such as SIA and ProcureCon.
Design and deliver eight to ten executive events annually for top-tier clients and partners. - Oversee event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, signage, production, and registration.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
2. Execution and On-Site Management
- Oversee all on-site operations including setup, coordination, guest experience, and teardown.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, speakers, and attendees before, during, and after events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital materials including signage, menus, backdrops, and presentations.
- Coordinate with creative teams to capture post-event content such as photos, videos, and testimonials.
- Travel as needed for event execution and partner activations.
3. Partnerships and Ecosystem Activation
- Manage Lifted’s sponsorships and collaborations with key ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate joint events, panels, and co-marketing opportunities that expand Lifted’s visibility and thought leadership.
- Work closely with PR and Analyst Relations to secure event visibility and post-event coverage.
- Maintain a quarterly partnership calendar and identify new opportunities for engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the ABM Manager to align event experiences with account-based engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to produce post-event recaps, case studies, and video coverage.
- Work closely with the Design and Video teams to ensure all creative assets meet Lifted’s visual standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Partnerships teams on guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications.
5. Measurement and Optimization
- Track and report event ROI, engagement metrics, and relationship depth impact using Lifted’s RDI framework.
- Provide post-event analysis and recommendations to improve future activations.
- Document event best practices and maintain Lifted’s event operations playbook.
What It Takes to Catch Our Eye
- 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B event management or experiential marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple events simultaneously from concept through execution.
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing vendors, budgets, and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills across time zones.
- Experience in partnership or sponsorship management is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and high-tempo work environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect event ROI to commercial outcomes.

The annual base salary range for this position is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
