Responsibilities:

• Care packages that are proportionate to the presenting needs and level of risk and are mindful of equity in relation to budget pressures
• Positive risk-taking to promote independence and well being
• The use of equipment or Assisted Technology to negate the need for double-handed care or those calls that are suitable for alternate delivery methods, where appropriate

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
