Rate: £34 per hour

Requirements:

  • Undertake Care Act 2014 Assessments: Focus on the person’s well-being, adopting a person-centered, strengths-based approach.
  • Promote Independence: Empower individuals by promoting choice, control, and independence through reablement approaches.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work in partnership with other professionals, source provisions, and safeguard vulnerable adults.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
