Job Title: Qualified Adult Social Worker - Learning Disability Team
Location: East London
Rate: Up to £32.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has recently opened up in East London for a dedicated individual to join their Learning Disability Team.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Qualified Adult Social Worker in a Learning Disability Team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals with learning disabilities. You will develop personalized support plans that promote independence, well-being, and social inclusion. Advocating for the rights of individuals with learning disabilities, you will ensure they have access to necessary services and resources. You will provide emotional and behavioral support to individuals and their families, guide them through transitions such as moving from school to adult services, and work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community resources to provide holistic care. Additionally, you will regularly review and monitor the progress of individuals to ensure their needs are being met and adjust support plans as necessary.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
