ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Performance Optimization Strategist, you will be the architect of our automated growth engine. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on moving beyond traditional marketing tactics to build sophisticated, AI-driven systems that scale personalized outreach. You will leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to transform how we identify and engage high-value accounts, ensuring our message hits the right person at the right time with 1:1 precision at a 1:1,000 scale.
This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and deploy automated "agentic" workflows to identify, research, and prioritize high-value accounts with minimal manual intervention.
- Design and manage programmatic outreach systems that utilize LLMs and data enrichment to deliver hyper-personalized communication across email, web, and ads.
- Optimize sales enablement tooling, specifically Gong Engage, to automate communication flows and bridge the gap between marketing signals and sales action.
- Build a systematic experimentation engine, managing 5–10 simultaneous tracks to test hypotheses around conversion psychology and AI-generated outputs.
- Analyze performance metrics across Salesforce, Google Analytics, and FullStory to identify friction points and operationalize successful tests immediately.
- Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to iterate on sales and marketing assets based on performance data and experimental findings.
- Measure success through increased pipeline velocity, higher conversion rates within ABM segments, and the scalability of automated workflows.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of variables and outcomes to ensure data integrity and repeatable growth "plays."
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- The AI Orchestrator: You have a deep fascination with Agentic AI and a proven ability to prompt, chain, and automate LLM workflows to solve complex business problems.
- Growth Mindset: You possess 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Sales Enablement, or BDR/SDR functions, with a track record of scaling performance through technical optimization.
- Data Literate: You are comfortable navigating CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot and using web analytics to drive decision-making.
- Systematic Experimenter: You thrive in complexity and can manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the "winner" in an A/B test.
- Solution-Oriented: You view technical roadblocks or "failed" experiments as critical data points and pivot quickly to troubleshoot logic or prompts.
- ABM Expert: You understand the nuances of penetrating high-value accounts and how to use specialized tech to create personalized "surround sound" for buyers.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with sales enablement tools (Gong Engage, Salesloft, or Outreach) and web tools (Webflow, FullStory).
- Educational Background: You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
BENEFITS
We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.
