Location:

This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Newark, CA. 

As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a "white glove" candidate experience for all candidates and stakeholders. This includes managing interview logistics and scheduling, both virtual and onsite, and actively contributing to the success of the executive recruiting team. You will have the opportunity to take initiative on various projects that optimize team operations and service delivery.

You Will Be:

  • Acting as the point of contact and culture ambassador for executive candidates (both external and internal) and internal stakeholders throughout the interview process, providing a "white glove" customer experience.
  • Owning and managing all aspects of the executive candidate experience, including interview logistics and scheduling.
  • Serving as the on-site host for high-profile candidates during in-person interviews.
  • Troubleshooting last-minute scheduling changes and updates with ease and confidence.
  • Partnering and building relationships with Executive Assistants to ensure consistent communication and collaboration.
  • Assisting the Director of Executive Recruiting in team activity creation and facilitation.
  • Offering solution-oriented suggestions to improve the candidate experience for both internal and external candidates.
  • Preparing internal decks and reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information and protecting candidates' privacy.

You Bring:

  •  A strong track record in recruiting coordination for executive / leadership roles.
  • Experience in leadership hiring coordination and a strong front-of-house presence.
  • Proven credibility in working with C-Suite leaders and managing last-minute changes onsite.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Autonomous and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and professional written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask, with an eagerness to contribute to all parts of the recruiting process.
  • Independent, organized, and creative with a keen sense for "five-star service" and a high-touch experience.
  • Self-confident and calm under pressure 
  • Onsite availability when required. 
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

 

Pay range: $68,000-$93,500
