Le conseiller de Pièces servira de point de contact pour les clients du centre de service Lucid. Le conseiller en pièces sera responsable de la communication et de l'interaction avec les clients pour offrir le plus haut niveau d'expérience client Lucid tout en veillant à ce que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits.  Être responsable des opérations quotidiennes du département des pièces, de l'inventaire, des commandes et du soutien aux besoins des techniciens, des commandes au comptoir des clients, du soutien à nos demandes de renseignements du centre de carrosserie.

  • Ce poste exige que vous travailliez avec les clients pour déterminer les réparations et les services nécessaires, que vous rédigiez des bons de réparation clairs afin que les techniciens puissent entretenir et réparer correctement les véhicules Lucid dès la première fois et que vous relivriez les véhicules des clients une fois les services terminés. Les candidats devront faire preuve d'excellence dans leurs domaines respectifs, posséder la capacité d'apprendre rapidement et de viser la perfection dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Accueillir les clients rapidement et offrir une excellente expérience client à toutes les étapes du processus de service.
  • Assurez-vous que les clients comprennent parfaitement le processus de service et sont à l'aise à toutes les étapes de leur expérience.
  • Exécuter correctement les processus de visite et de rédaction, en déterminant avec précision les préoccupations principales au moyen d'entrevues verbales et d'évaluations visuelles (évaluer avec précision les besoins des clients).
  • Documenter avec précision les préoccupations des clients concernant le diagnostic et la réparation à être effectuer par les techniciens (écrire Bon de réparation)
  • Suivez les procédures correctes de documentation des ordres de réparation, c'est-à-dire les trois C
  • Expliquer toutes les options de service aux clients, y compris les estimations de temps et de coûts.
  • Suivez tous les véhicules des clients tout au long du processus d'entretien et de réparation.
  • Assurez-vous que le travail effectué répond aux normes rigoureuses de Lucid avant que le véhicule ne soit retourné au client – agir comme dernière étape du contrôle qualité.
  • Facturer et percevoir le paiement.
  • Effectuer des tâches de service à la clientèle telles que répondre au téléphone, prendre des rendez-vous (au besoin) et appeler les clients pour les informer de l'état des réparations ou pour faire un suivi après les réparations.
  • Développez des relations avec les clients menant à des relations durables.
  • Avoir une passion pour le transport durable et changer l'industrie automobile.
  • À l'occasion, lavez, passez l'aspirateur et nettoyez les vitres des véhicules de service avant qu'ils ne soient rendus au client.
  • À l'occasion, détaillez minutieusement tous les véhicules avant qu'ils ne soient livrés au client au besoin.
  • Fournir des services de voiturier pour les clients en livrant et en ramassant les véhicules aux clients.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires
  • 5+ ans offrant une excellente expérience client.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles
  • Comportement compatissant et patient
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée créative.
  • Connaissances générales en automobile et expérience en gestion des pièces requises.
  • Capacité d'expliquer des concepts complexes à des clients qui ne connaissent peut-être pas la terminologie de l'industrie.
  • Capacité d'utiliser des applications informatiques de base telles que Microsoft Office ainsi que d'apprendre un logiciel DMS propriétaire.
  • Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours de la dernière année.

 Qualifications preferee:

  • Expérience au département de pièces automobiles ou expérience de travail équivalente
  • Connaissance des systèmes HT, des systèmes BT et des groupes motopropulseurs des VE
  • Expérience de démarrage et environnements en évolution rapide connexes
  • Expérience du service des pièces en gestion des stocks
  • Expérience et formation antérieures en matière de VE spécifiques aux OEM

The Service Parts Advisor will serve as a point of contact for Lucid Service Center clients. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for communicating and interacting with clients to deliver the highest level of Lucid customer experience while assuring client needs are met.   Be responsible for daily Parts department operations, inventory, ordering and supporting Technician needs, customer over the counter orders, supporting our collision center inquiries.

  • This position requires you to work with clients to determine which repairs/services are necessary, write clear repair orders so technicians can accurately maintain/repair Lucid vehicles right the first time, and redeliver client vehicles after services are completed. The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. Greet clients promptly and offer excellent customer experience at all steps of the service process.
  • Ensure clients thoroughly understand the service process and are comfortable at all steps of their experience.
  • Properly perform the walk-around and write-up processes, accurately ascertaining primary concern through verbal interview and visual assessment (assess client needs accurately)
  • Accurately document client concerns for diagnosis and repair by technicians (write RO)
  • Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C’s
  • Explain all service options to clients including time and cost estimates.
  • Track all client vehicles through the maintenance and repair process.
  • Ensure that work done meets Lucid’s exacting standards before vehicle is returned to client – act as the last QC step.
  • Invoice and collect payment.
  • Perform customer service duties such as answer phones, scheduling appointments (where needed), and calling customers to update them on repair status, or to follow up after repairs are completed.
  • Develop rapport with clients leading to lasting relationships.
  • Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry.
  • Occasionally Wash, vacuum, and clean windows of service vehicles before they are returned to the client.
  • Occasionally Thoroughly detail all vehicles before they are delivered to the client as needed.
  • Perform valet services for clients by delivering and picking up vehicles to/from clients.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years providing excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • General automotive knowledge and Parts management experience needed.
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to clients who may not be familiar with industry terminology.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
  • Must possess a valid driver license with no Suspensions in the past year.

Preferred

  • AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains
  • Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments
  • Parts department experience in inventory management
  • Previous OEM specific EV experience and training
