
Staff Accountant
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry and/or experience working in a publicly traded company.
You Will:
- Monitor and review all monthly intercompany transactions, including inventory movements, and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Tax and Trade Compliance teams on transfer pricing invoicing.
- Prepare monthly manual journal entries related to intercompany transactions and other assigned accounting areas.
- Perform account reconciliations in Blackline for areas of responsibility.
- Partner with the ERP team to support automation of intercompany transactions within SAP.
- Assist with equity accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for share-based compensation.
- Support the preparation of management discussion and analysis (MD&A) sections for Form 10-Q filings.
- Support the Company’s cash flow reporting process and prepare various regulatory and banking reports.
- Assist with periodic IFRS reporting to the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Support the implementation and documentation of processes and controls in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Participate in special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector and/or within a public company environment.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Blackline is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
