
Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support Senior Directors and ensure the smooth operation of the department. This is a dynamic role, ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their administrative skills while providing high-level support. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities. 100% Onsite in Newark, CA
You Will:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing travel.
- Manage logistics for high-level meetings and both internal and external events.
- Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, assist with budget tracking, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and ensure materials are organized.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist in preparing presentations or reports for internal meetings.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Proactively identify areas for additional support and offer assistance.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with strong discretion and confidentiality.
- Engineering team support preferred.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$93,300 - $128,260 USD
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
