We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Full Stack and Integrations Engineering to lead a team of engineers responsible for building scalable web applications and integrating internal and third-party systems. This role requires a strong technical background in full stack development, systems integration, and cloud-native architectures, as well as proven leadership in managing cross-functional engineering teams.

You Will:

  • Contribute to the culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvements
  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack and integration engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for full stack development and systems integration.
  • Collaborate with product management, architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
  • Exhibits relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards.
  • Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the Lucid’s technology transformation.
  • Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Java, Spring boot etc.).
  • Has extensive experience using AI tools like Copilot, WindSurf, Cursor, Claude 3.7 to accelerate engineering deliverables
  • Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices to support integrations with internal systems and external partners.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and integrations.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native development practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Review tasks criticality and appropriately prioritize and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and team metrics.
  • Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience using modern and functional programming styles
  • Proven experience in full stack development and systems integration.
  • Experience on designing low latency applications designed for scalability and reliability with high throughput.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and build integrations using Workato.
  • Technically proficient and able to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end user - Preferred skill securing app and containers using certificates
  • Hands on development experience with Node, NPM and React framework, producing hygiene and secure front-end code
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring boot

Advantageous:

  • Familiarity with source control management best practices
  • Experience with open-source technologies like Java, Spring boot, Kafka, etc. and containerization.
  • Experience with Jenkins/Cloud bees, Gitlab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Rancher.
