
Sr. Planning Analyst - Sales Operations
In this role you are responsible for adequate and accurate forecasting, planning, allocation, and optimization of Lucid’s sales operations and internal sales fleet across Europe.
The main responsibilities will be to analyze and improve Lucid Europe’s sales operations primarily focused on production planning, sales forecasting, Sales demo fleet requirements and utilization, vehicle to order matching, and process optimization. This role will support Lucid with achieving its sales and delivery targets. The successful candidate will work closely with Leadership, Production, Order- and Delivery Operations, Remarketing, IT, Fleet Management and Service Operations and Logistics, amongst others and will always ensure that the best customer experience is maintained, and sales & delivery targets are achieved, whilst meeting business needs.
Data is key when it comes to analyzing performance, identifying opportunity and prioritizing business projects. In this role you’re expected to take ownership and drive improvements from design to implementation.
This role requires an experienced and analytical operations expert that can thrive in a start-up environment but can quickly help scale and optimize a mature Sales Operations function. They should feel comfortable working in a high paced and ambiguous environment, while using data and business intelligence. This includes the creation of data models for accurate forecasting and reporting on utilization, optimization of processes, operations and (cost) efficiency will also be key focus areas.
Responsibilities
- Production Planning
- Develop and drive production planning methodologies, models and process improvements
- Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Program teams in NA to ensure accurate, timely submission to production while tracking product changes and SOP timelines
- Work with EU stakeholders to ensure correct production planning based on delivery forecasts and Internal fleet requirements in terms of quantities and take rates analysis for configurations
- Conduct periodic S&OP sessions with Importers/ Agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure production is submitted as part of overall EU planning
- Develop and work on production strategies as Run Out and Run In models, ensure alignment with leadership and Marketing
- Review order changes and delivery requests after order placement and develop and improve processes to manage and execute efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management
- Support and develop analytics for reporting for Global S&OP
- Develop, implement and oversee inventory to order matching logic and methodologies
- Follow process from A to Z: from production start to vehicles readiness for delivery, provide information on delivery timelines feasibility
- Inventory vehicle and configuration analysis to ensure inventory and build plans match forecasts and order take rates
- Lean Processes with Leadership to ensure approvals and transparency
- B2B Bulk selections: analyze and drive improvement of b2b (bulk) order placement processes
- Modelling & Automation
- Provide insights into the order placement accuracy, data alignment across systems and vehicle production. Initiate, prioritize and implement process changes to foster (data) quality and efficiency
- Build and continuously improve reports, dashboards and tools related to fleet for all relevant sales stakeholders (Sales, Sales Operations, Remarketing, Corporate sales)
- Build models and methodologies for sales and delivery forecasts
- Sales Fleet Performance Analysis (TD effectiveness related to orders)
- Order to Inventory matching methodology, optimization, Implementation
- Support in Market Expansion from technical side of Mobiles APP and product languages
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in sales operations, program management or business analytics with a proven track record of constant process improvements and an outstanding customer satisfaction rate
- Comprehensive knowledge SFDC and SAP systems
- Experience in working in a fast paced, highly ambiguous and startup environment while being solution driven and consistently delivering on targets and deadlines
- Proven ability to develop and interpret business intelligence to drive decision making and improvements
- Experience in and thorough understanding of business processes, with an eye for detail, identifying and driving constant business improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience in project management and utilizing project management systems (Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
- Fluency in English required, additional language(s) a plus
- EU driver’s license
