Senior Sales Recruiter

Lucid is looking for a high-caliber, committed recruiting professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. This recruiter will assist our Sales team in growing their global workforce. They will need to care deeply about cultivating relationships, have thoughtful conversations with their candidates, and know our organization and its products well enough to articulate opportunities to candidates.

The main responsibilities of this role include defining hiring needs with sales leaders, organizing and running all recruitment activities from screening candidates, managing hiring pipeline, as well as other outbound search activities in major metropolitan cities. You will work alongside our talented team to find and attract world class talent to one of the fastest growing and most creative companies in our industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and advise Lucid talent with a focus on bringing unique candidates into the pipeline. 
  • Develop hiring processes, with hiring managers that are conducive to finding high-quality talent that includes: defining roles, reviewing resumes, posting jobs, sourcing candidates and closing candidates
  • Overcome challenges and produce solutions by collecting and interpreting data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out ways to improve
  • Advise leaders on the talent market in Sales, across the industry and locations that Lucid does business in
  • Track and record key metrics, designed to measure and predict staffing activity 
  • Continually look for ways to streamline the sales recruiting processes to increase efficiency
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers, candidates and peers to improve recruiting approach

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years recruiting experience recruiting high-level Sales reps in SaaS
  • Proven ability to source highly qualified passive talent
  • Network with peers and sales reps in the community and support local organizations
  • Provide a ‘best-in-class’ candidate experience, while also managing great relationships with hiring teams and senior business leaders
  • Ability to work with hiring managers to understand the structure of their teams, ongoing projects, and forecast hiring demands
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear report of progress and roadblocks
  • A "quality over quantity" approach to sourcing and recruiting

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior Greenhouse ATS experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
