What You’ll Do Responsibilities include: Oversee the end‑to‑end management of infusion pump inventory, ensuring availability, compliance, and efficient utilization across a fleet of 2,000+ units Analyze utilization trends and performance data to inform purchasing, improve turnaround times, and reduce loss Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair, ensuring all pumps meet safety and compliance standards Lead pump recovery efforts, including outreach to patients and caregivers to ensure timely returns and minimize loss Investigate discrepancies and implement strategies to improve tracking accuracy and reduce equipment loss rates Collaborate closely with pharmacy, nursing, logistics, billing, and external vendor partners to support seamless equipment distribution and retrieval Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records of equipment inventory, assignments, and maintenance history Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational performance Support development of SOPs and training materials for equipment management processes Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work, balancing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you bring: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, home infusion, DME, logistics, or inventory/asset management Experience managing or supporting large-scale inventory or equipment fleets (preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working with patients, caregivers, and external vendors Preferred: Knowledge of home infusion workflows and ambulatory infusion pump operations Experience with asset tracking, loss prevention, and recovery processes A continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing workflows You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you show up as what’s on your resume. What You'll Do Responsibilities include: Deliver patient-centered clinical care through assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education within your scope of practice Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners Educate referral sources on LUX Infusion's services, treatment options, and patient eligibility criteria Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, operations, marketing, business development, and provider partners Identify new opportunities to expand referral networks and increase patient access to care Represent LUX Infusion at community events, healthcare meetings, and professional conferences Analyze referral trends and support strategic growth initiatives through data-informed recommendations Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standards Contribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellence Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction   What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you bring: Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program Current Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state National Nurse Practitioner certification Current BLS certification DEA registration (where applicable) Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams Proficiency with EMR platforms and Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to provider offices and healthcare facilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or outpatient care settings Healthcare business development, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience Established relationships within local healthcare communities Experience evaluating referral data and supporting market growth strategies Success in This Role Looks Like Deep care about the human impact of your work Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities Clear communication and effective collaboration skills Ownership, accountability, and follow-through Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Comfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic environment A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards You don't need to check every box.
