Driven to Deliver (What You'll Do)
- Serve as an internal reporting lead for accounts, working closely in collaboration with account
teams to support client reporting needs. - Pull and aggregate data to produce high-quality, on-time, accurate reporting to provide actionable
insights relevant to client priorities. - Develop and maintain functional expertise in ML solutions, digital advertising, and ABM concepts
to understand and help identify relevant narratives within omnichannel campaign data. - Regularly report on progress, performance, and future recommendations to ensure continuous
client value realization. - Maintain open and proactive communication with stakeholders, demonstrate accountability in all
work, and engage additional support where needed. - Act as a client advocate to remove obstacles to success, minimize escalations, and relay
feedback and enhancement requests internally. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal teams on interpreting and utilizing reports to
address client needs effectively. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes by identifying opportunities and
recommending enhancements. - Undertake any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the scope, purpose, and level of the
role as required by Madison Logic.
Equipped to Excel (Qualifications)
- 1-5 years’ experience in data analytics, campaign operations, client reporting services, or related
disciplines (or data/analytics related postgraduate studies) - Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong experience with two or more of the following systems: Google or Adobe Analytics,
Integrate, Convertr, MAPs, CRMs, DSPs, or SSPs - Proven understanding of digital advertising and/or ROI reporting needs and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
and information for the understanding of stakeholders of all levels and functions

Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum
