What you’ll do:

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Corporate functions, as well as People and Talent, to define early-talent workforce planning, headcount, role scope, timelines, and clear success metrics.
- Own early talent recruiting operations end to end, including campus and community outreach strategy, candidate experience design, interview coordination, offer processes, and seamless onboarding.
- Build structured, high-impact early talent experiences, including onboarding frameworks, learning and development plans, formal mentorship programs, performance feedback cycles, and clearly defined program milestones.
- Lead program operations and logistics across the full lifecycle, including calendars, events, cohort programming, manager enablement, evaluations, surveys, and conversion decision frameworks.
- Measure and communicate program impact, tracking intern and early-career performance, engagement, conversion rates, retention, and long-term business outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness.
About you:
- 6+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, early talent programs, or campus recruitment, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers across technical, commercial, and corporate teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
