About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven individual to help accelerate our presence within the UK’s largest grocery retailers. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving best-in-class execution, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth in Tesco as well as Morrisons.
You’ll own the relationship and strategy for your retailers, identifying and delivering key initiatives, promotions and in-store execution to unlock the full potential of our partnership with the UK’s leading retailer.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer & Commercial Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial strategies for Tesco.
- Own regular forecasting, performance analysis and reporting, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Category teams to ensure delivery of customer and internal business objectives.
- Manage promotional plans, investment tracking and P&L responsibility for your retailers ensuring commercial effectiveness.
Retail Execution & Brand Visibility
- Champion the Harry’s brand in-store by driving presence, availability, and executional excellence.
- Explore opportunities for increased visibility including merchandising solutions, fixture enhancements, and activation events.
- Monitor competitive activity and use insights to influence strategic decisions ensuring we have a seat at the table with the retailer for key commercial decisions.
Customer Operations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Own our relationship with key decision makers strengthening their engagement in Harry’s brand and the role we uniquely play in growing their category.
- Oversee all customer processes including line form submissions, launch timings, and promotion delivery.
- Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure accurate stock forecasting and availability at store level.
- Track and evaluate the success of all initiatives, using learnings to refine future plans.
Who You Are
- A confident, data-driven account manager with experience managing grocery retail customers, ideally, Tesco.
- Comfortable owning the customer relationship and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A natural communicator with a growth mindset, always looking to improve and learn.
Bonus if you have:
- Direct experience working with Tesco or another top UK grocery retailer.
- Experience in FMCG, preferably in a brand-led organization.
- Ability to utilise category data and insights tools (i.e. Dunnhumby / Circana)
