How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
MarqVision is seeking a proactive IT Manager to lead our global IT operations. In this role, you will oversee IT operations across our Seoul headquarters and international offices, manage end-to-end IT projects, and support the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. You’ll also play a critical role in optimizing company-wide tools and systems, while helping future-proof our infrastructure through best practices such as Single Sign-On (SSO), global certification management, and advanced IT security protocols. This is a high-impact role in a hyper-growth company, offering the opportunity to drive global scale and innovation.
What You’ll Achieve
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment for both Seoul and global offices, collaborating closely with local and international IT vendors
- Establish and refine processes for employee and asset lifecycle management, incident management, and change management.
- Manage onboarding tasks including device distribution, account setup, and license provisioning for tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and MS Office.
- Deliver timley in-person and remote IT support promptly, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain and administer internal tools, communication systems, video conferencing platforms, and other business applications; offer training to improve usage.
- Provide software training as needed to enhance employee productivity and tool utilization
- Develop and enforce IT policies while ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR through regular audits, access control, and secure SaaS configurations.
- Design, monitor, and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across offices.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar role, preferably within a cloud-native environment.
- Experience and knowledge in an IT Manager role in a global company with more than 100 employees, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, networking concepts, and SaaS applications.
- Experience developing and documenting IT processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, incident management).
- Proven experience working in a hyper-scaling environment, demonstrating the ability to scale systems, best practices, and inventory effectively.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively, especially in an initially solo role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English to ensure smooth collaboration with global team members.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners
