How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

MarqVision is looking for an enthusiastic IT Specialist(Security & Compliance) to join our world-class team! We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT specialist to join our team and oversee IT operations across Seoul and our global offices. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, support employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain our company-wide tools and systems. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to future-proofing our IT operations by introducing best practices like Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, global certification management, and the latest IT security practices.

 

What You’ll Achieve

  • IT asset procurement and management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment for both Seoul and global offices, collaborating closely with local and international IT vendors
  • Onboarding and Software Administration: Handle local and global onboarding tasks, including distributing employee devices (e.g., laptops, peripherals) and setting up user accounts, permissions, and software licenses for platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, MS Office, etc.
  • IT Support: Deliver in-person and remote IT support in a timely manner, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Tools Maintenance: Manage and maintain company-wide tools, including communication platforms, video conferencing systems, and other business applications
  • IT Training: Provide software training as needed to enhance employee productivity and tool utilization
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce IT policies to standardize processes and guide technology usage
  • Network Management: Design, monitor, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure(e.g., LAN, WAN,and VPN) to ensure stable and secure network performance
  • Security Management: Protect IT systems and data by implementing robust security measures(e.g., SOC2) and responding to threats
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards(e.g., GDPR) through regular audits and reporting 

 

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT field 
  • Experience and knowledge in IT Specialist position in a global company with more than 100 employees 
  • Proven experience working in a hyper-scaling environment, demonstrating the ability to scale systems, best practices, and inventory effectively
  • Experience with Hardware-Software system integration 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English for smooth collaboration with global team members
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with management of Single Sign-On(SSO) solutions such as Okta to streamline license management
  • Familiarity with the procurement and certification process for IT equipment across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
