How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
As a Product Manager for Digital Risk Protection(DRP) products, you will drive the development of mission-critical solutions designed to detect and neutralize online impersonation scams, fraud, and AI-assisted social engineering attacks.
You’ll work closely with engineering and data science teams to leverage AI and automation in detecting, analyzing, and eliminating malicious activity at scale. If you're excited about building cutting-edge security products and shaping the future of online security, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll Achieve
- As the PM for DRP, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:
- Discover
- Engage with customers. Gather continuous feedback from customers to inform product decisions, by maintaining regular touchpoints that involve close interaction and genuine discussion.
- Partner with go-to-market (GTM) teams. Work with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive adoption.
- Learn from competitors. Engage with competitors and industry experts as well as key sources of data to stay ahead of digital risk trends and translate them into product opportunities.Form and Validate Hypothesis
- Form and Validate Hypothesis
- Synthesize information into actionable insights. Rapidly transform various data points into practical insights we can build and test hypotheses around.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap. Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, effort, and business value.
- Build and validate. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to rapidly test and validate product viability at minimal cost.
- Iterate and Innovate
- Be a first-principle thinker. Use first-principles thinking to create scalable, long-term solutions that tackle fundamental and persisting customer needs, even as technology changes.
- Incorporate innovative solutions. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI solutions into our product to deliver greater value to our customers.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical product management. Experience in delivering successful and scalable technical products for businesses, consumers, and internal users is necessary.
- Fluency in English and Korean. Our diverse, global client base requires us to adapt our offerings to meet varying cultural and linguistic needs.
- Excellent communication skills. We uphold a culture of clear, precise, and insightful communication, both in verbal and written forms.
- Fast learner. The fast-paced and rapidly changing DRP domain demands a high learning curve for rapid upskilling whenever and wherever needed.
- Strong analytical skills. The ability to observe, interpret, and make decisions regarding ambiguous problems using both quantitative and qualitative data is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience in global B2B SaaS product development. You successfully developed and expanded B2B products to global markets, incorporating customer feedback and implementing iterative improvements.
- Experience with solving customer problems with AI. You have the knowledge and experience in structuring, executing, and overseeing the complete process of implementing AI-related technologies in a technical product.
