Building Services Supervisor
Bring your skills and expertise to our Luxury Senior Living Community as a Building Services Supervisor. Provide skilled and preventative maintenance for community buildings, operating systems, machinery; ensure grounds are maintained in good condition and safe working order through preventative maintenance and timely follow-up.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide on-going scheduling, timekeeping, training and supervision of Building Services
- Oversee and perform work assignments to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and work
- Provide, schedule, and document routine preventative maintenance of building, equipment and operating
- Provide expertise and assistance for emergency repairs and complex system
- Provide, schedule and document preventative maintenance for building and
- Plan, execute and document periodic emergency drills and regular testing of fire and life safety
- Monitor inventory control of supplies, materials, equipment and submit purchase
- Coordinate preparation of living spaces for resident and family inspection and move-
- Participate in and document findings for safety walk
- Coordinate landscape and yard maintenance and snow
- Assist with surveys and
- Participates in home
- Responds to emergency
- Schedule and coordinate outside vendors/contractors.
- Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required:
- Supervisory
- Effective interpersonal communication and organizational
- Knowledge of life safety codes, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft
Preferred:
- Some college or equivalent experience, trade certification or trade school
