Job Summary
The Partner Experience Associate is an individual contributor role responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with skilled nursing facility (SNF) leadership, corporate teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This role focuses on partner retention, satisfaction, and engagement while identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion. The Partner Experience Associate works closely with the Regional Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, address partner needs, and enhance the overall partner experience. Ideal candidates will bring a clinical background in skilled nursing or long-term care, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to MedElite’s partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SNF facility leadership, corporate leaders, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a team environment, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across departments,
- Support Region Director to maximize retention and identify churn risks, as well as upsell and expansion opportunities
- Provide insightful guidance to clients leveraging industry best practices to enhance their adoption and utilization of Medelite Services/Programs.
- Identify and support improvements that directly improve member satisfaction and loyalty
- Take appropriate and timely steps to resolve service issues
- Additional Duties: Perform related duties as assigned, always with a commitment to maintaining the highest standard of service and client care.
Requirements
- Must have an active and in good standing, Registered Nurse or License Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) Texas License
- 5+years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence and collaborate across levels and department
