Merge is looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to…
- Creatively think of new ideas for how we can partner with other companies either as API providers or through product partnerships
- Work cross-functionally internally to understand & communicate business objectives and partnerships, as well as drive the strategy and negotiation process with external partners.
- Execute partner marketing campaigns to promote the value of our technology integrations
- Own end to end relationships with partners and maintain senior executive-level contacts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to drive more partner sourced revenue
- Own the overall relationship with your portfolio of product partnerships - including integration partners, technology partners and API partners

- Own the overall relationship with your portfolio of product partnerships - including integration partners, technology partners and API partners
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in a tech or SaaS environment
- An understanding of product strategy and key requirements for scaling products and operations through partnerships
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including senior executives and an understanding of enterprise decision-making
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, integrations, or APIs
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
