Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel; must reside in the United States
Compensation: $145,000 - $175,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Continued growth in our SAP Practice has created a unique opportunity for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to join our team. In this highly visible role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors by leveraging your expertise around Employee Central and other modules. In addition, you will analyze business requirements, align system capabilities with strategic HR goals, maintain system documentation, and support system integrations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs and HR goals.
- Analyze business requirements and processes to provide expert solutions that align with strategic HR objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, and protocols.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects current system functionalities and processes.
- Stay updated with new functionalities and features within the SuccessFactors suite.
- Lead upgrades and enhancements to ensure the system remains current and continues to meet business needs.
- Support integration efforts with other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
- Ensure that these focus areas are effectively managed and optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and at least 3+ implementations of Employee Central
- Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Public Sector Experience: State, Local, and or K12
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
