Product Marketing Manager
Product Marketing Manager (London/Hybrid)
The purpose of this role is to ensure MindGym’s products are being taken out to market efficiently, creatively, with compelling, customer-centric messaging.
You’ll be the key liaison between the product and marketing team, ensuring market research & customer voice is fed into the products we build, and that our value proposition is clear, concise and distinctive.
You’ll be the chief advocate for products within the marketing team, ensuring the team has the right information to take products out to market, and arming the sales team with the right collateral and product knowledge to sell.
Key Responsibilities
• Create value propositions, messaging and positioning which translate the technical magic behind MindGym’s products into compelling and well-articulated use cases that clients will understand and love
• Understand the competitive landscape, support with market research, and develop buyer personas for products
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, armed with knowledge gathered on client calls during product development and pilots
• Create & maintain the core assets that marketing & sales need for the products you work on – mainly the sales deck, assets needed to demo the products to clients and FAQs for the sales team
• Support the wider marketing team to turn the positioning you provide into compelling stories and collateral about the products, like videos, webinars and demos to drive sales and revenue growth
• Support and contribute to demand gen & lead gen campaigns
• Support the Sales Enablement team with product launches, ensuring sales collateral and enablement portals are up to date and developing sales training content
• Work alongside the Product Operations Manager to ensure launches run on time, and we’re ready to take products to market as soon as we can be – and maintain coordination between the product roadmap and the marketing strategy

- Strong copywriting skills, with a creative flair for bringing messaging to life
