As a Junior Insight Analyst, your missions are to:
- Support Customer Success (CS) target setting & budgeting in collaboration with Finance
- Conduct business analyses and assist teams with KPI tracking and goal achievement
- Help manage tools and resources used by the CS team
- Provide regular and standardized analyses on Mirakl clients, key categories, e-commerce & marketplace trends, and commercial events (with support from more senior business analysts)
- Identify and communicate new data needs to improve our analyses and reporting
- Participate in transversal meetings and provide updates to EVPs & the Management team
- Contribute to maintaining and sharing the team’s knowledge and expertise
- Help coordinate the creation of new content and ensure it is effectively shared across the team
- Use AI tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance the Customer Success community (without direct ownership of AI systems)
Your profile:
- You recently graduated from a Business or Engineering school (internships or first experience welcome)
- You have up to first experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, or a similar field (internships included)
- You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- You are structured, reliable, and motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- You have an interest in e-commerce and marketplaces
- You are comfortable with Excel and willing to learn new tools such as Salesforce
- You are curious about the AI ecosystem and keen to use AI solutions to support and animate the Customer Success community
- You speak English and French fluently
